The drilling technology with a diamond tool is the most advanced, fastest, convenient and safest drilling method for drilling openings in concrete, brick and stone. These technologies allow us to drill precisely sized openings practically without any noise, dust or vibration.
Even when drilling heavily reinforced concrete, it is possible to form perfectly smooth "polished" openings in a specified diameter, which don’t require further treatment and are ready for use.
The reduction of loud noise and dynamic shock effects allows for the use of this technology in residential homes, which are in the reconstruction and repair stage, but sometimes also in already renovated habitable spaces.
Diamond drilling can be carried out both on the floors and the crosspieces (vertical), as well as on horizontal planes – walls, foundations. The fact that diamond drilling results in no concrete dust in the work area, this dust being one of the most harmful substances to human health, makes diamond drilling the ecologically cleanest of all technologies.
This technology is virtually without any noise compared to conventional drilling with a perforator. Openings in length (depth) may reach 9 meters.
It is possible to drill openings in tight spaces (width up to 1 m) with drilling machines, which would be completely impossible with traditional technologies.
Indispensability. Diamond drilling is used, when it is not possible to use other types of drilling technology.
Speed. The diamond drilling speed is unequaled with other techniques, which can be applied to create openings.
Any Diameter. It is possible to create opening in a small or big diameter (up to 650 mm) with the Diamond equipment.
Without Vibration. Diamond drilling allows to create openings in places where a dynamic effect is not permissible.
Any Angle. The openings can be made at any angle - vertical, horizontal, inclined.
Any Material. Diamond drilling is possible in materials of any hardness: reinforced concrete, granite, bricks, etc.
The drilling is performed with the routinely used and distributed diamond crowns in the following diameters: 10 to 180 (in steps of 10 mm), 200, 225, 250, 270, 300, 325, 350, 425, 525, 600, 650, 750, 850 , 920 mm.
